STEM WOMEN CONGRESS (SWC) is a initiative borned 5 years ago and devoted to reduce the gender gap in STEM sectors. We work to quantify the impact that the STEM initiatives and programs are carrying out every year in every country to detect the gaps, close the gaps and create a predictive model to achieve the goal of having more women with STEM careers. Only if we measure, we can analyze, act and take actions to correct and make a real change. We have become a hub for this programs and initiatives, giving them more visibility, accelerating their impact and creating new opportunities bringing together governments, education, companies as well as private and public organizations.
