"Let's Move the Laugh!" son talleres de movimiento expresivo para jóvenes de entre 18 y 35 años. A partir de juegos y dinámicas iremos conectándonos con el estado de juego, la espontaneidad, la creatividad, el gozo y la paz mental. A través de la risa profunda liberaremos las tensiones y el estrés. Iremos hacia un estado de bienestar y tranquilidad. El objetivo es pasar un buen rato y vivir la experiencia presente. ¡Apúntate!
